I'm Yaron Karasik. I build software that people use and love. Over the last 15+ years I've shipped 40+ apps across video editing, music, photos, AI, productivity, sports, and social networking — and I still get genuinely excited about the next one.

At heart I'm a maker. My journey began with a fascination for creating things that other people pick up and enjoy, and that's still the thing that drives the work. As co-founder of Unstatic Apps, I led the development of StoryWave, Disco Videos, and Jam Looper — globally recognized by Apple and loved by users worldwide.

I specialize in helping startups, founders, and small teams turn ideas into shipped products, with deep expertise in iOS development, product strategy, and user experience. I've collaborated with individual founders, fast-growing Israeli startups, and Fortune 500 companies — delivering everything from rapid prototypes to fully featured apps used by millions.

These days I'm focused on how LLMs and generative AI are reshaping software development, and finding where I can make the biggest impact in this new ecosystem.

    Unstatic Apps

    Co-founded Unstatic with my partner Nir, focused on beautiful and fun audio-visual creative tools for mobile. StoryWave, Disco Videos, and Jam Looper have been downloaded millions of times and featured by Apple in App Stores around the world. Lead all development, from app architecture to deployment, while contributing on UX, marketing, and monetization.

    Led development of LivePerson's iOS SDK — chat, analytics, and engagement capabilities shipped inside iOS apps from AT&T, Home Depot, and other Fortune 500 companies, and used by hundreds of millions of end users. Also worked across Android and Web projects, and contributed to product and UI decisions.

    Co-founded Leadspace, a VC-funded AI-based lead generation platform for B2B marketers. Involved in every aspect of the company — concept, funding, product design and development, customer validation, and go-to-market. Leadspace has since raised over $100M to date.

    Five years in the IDF Intelligence Corps. Led a research and system assimilation team responsible for technology-oriented research and turning that research into deployed products and solutions.
