Shelfworthy
FAQ
Common questions. If you don't see yours, email [email protected].
How do I contact support? +
Email [email protected] with questions, bug reports or ideas. You can also write from the app: My Collection → More → Contact us.
How do I add my sets? +
Tap +, search by name or set number, and say whether it’s built or still sealed, and what you paid if you like. To bring in a whole collection at once, choose Import a list: it reads Rebrickable and Brickset exports and any spreadsheet with a set-number column.
Is Shelfworthy free? +
Yes. Shelfworthy is free with no limit on sets or minifigures, and no ads. Shelfworthy Pro is an optional subscription that adds iCloud sync, retirement alerts and every shelf, wall, floor, display case and app icon. It’s yearly, with a free week, or monthly.
How do I cancel or restore Pro? +
Pro is billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least a day before it renews. On a new iPhone, open About (My Collection → More) and tap Restore purchases.
How does scanning a minifigure box work? +
Collectible Minifigure boxes from Series 25 on carry a small square code on the bottom that says which figure is inside. Open Minifigs, tap the scan button and point the camera at one box or several: Shelfworthy tells you who’s in each and whether you already have them. The camera is only used on your iPhone; nothing is recorded or sent.
Where do the prices and dates come from? +
Set facts, retail prices (US, UK, Canada and Europe), sizes, and launch and retirement dates come from Rebrickable and Brickset, refreshed every day. They’re usually right, but they can be late or wrong, especially for retirement dates LEGO moves.
Where is my collection stored? +
On your iPhone. With Pro and iCloud switched on, it’s also kept in your own private iCloud, so it follows you to a new iPhone. We never see your collection.
Is Shelfworthy made by the LEGO Group? +
No. Shelfworthy is an independent app for collectors. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse Shelfworthy.
